I only voted for enchanter because I did not realize we could select multiple options before voting.

Anyways, I think that while any combo of puller/heals/tank can work (obviously) the best for most grouping scenarios for the dps slots lean towards physical dps.

While physical dps has trouble soloing, it just works out so much better in a grouping environment because unlike a caster who has the occasional burst, most the time it is not needed (unless group is fighting a tough named or something that requires burning down).

If I were to have caster dps, I think that any with a strong pet work out best, since they have sustained damage while medding.

I haven't been in an AOE group in awhile, but I feel that is really the only place that a wizard would shine.

It depends on what you are doing. If you are leveling. something like:

Warrior, Cleric, Rogue, Rogue, Monk, Enc.

If you are just farming shit, and don't care about exp:

Shadow Knight, Cleric, Enchanter, +3 of any dps (1 melee, 2 ranged probably.)

It's true. Wizards simply do not have any force multipliers, and don't nuke considerably harder or considerably more efficiently than magicians. They just have a far greater spell DPS over the course of a minute or two of solid casting - which is a raid skill, not a group skill. Their stuns v casters are a lot of fun - but if you decide to do that, you're drawing so much aggro that you better keep stunning.

I play a wizard, and I didn't even put them in my choices.

Honestly I voted for the group setup I would like the best. I play a necro main and warrior alt, and neither of them made the group. Warrior will once taunt is fixed in another month or 2. Right now filled tank with a SK.

SK, Cleric, Shaman, Enchanter, Monk, Rogue
