There were very few calls nizzar had to make. Outside of AoN/Rile/Azure Robe everything was basically rot or bank. The majority of the RMT was going on from the bank. I loved how you could raid hundreds of times in Nihilum but still be forced to pay 20k for an epic piece for your alt that the bank had thirty copies of.

If you want these guys to come back this is what is needed.

A public apology from Sirken about how Nihilum was treated and a promise it would never happen. All Nihilum accounts that were banned during the Derubael era would be required to be un banned.

Until this happens I cannot see any of these people coming back.
