Default Logo Contest

Unrelated to P99 or EQ but I may reward the one I decide to use. Maybe a GUISE OF THE DECEIVER?! Who knows...

Just trying to create a new better looking logo to use in email signatures and etc for my company, since the current one you see below is pretty bare and boring.

Here is the current one.

Looking to move the logo to a side, either left or right, whichever looks better for what else you plan to do. Generally want it to look sharper, so whatever special affects or better coloring you can do. I'd like to keep similar color scheme. Can get rid of the strip of color on the left side too if you want.

This is an IT Sales and Service company, if that helps.

Cool idea/incentive but doesn't it seem borderline RMT through barter and trade?

Make the "O" in Okers the logo circle and remove the square blue background. Simple and eye catching?

Considered that but I'd rather not have people scan over it as a letter, and I want the globe thing to look more flashy or glossy or something, as it's own entity of the picture.

How about using a logo that means what is says? Something like this?

The term "ocker" is used both as a noun and adjective for an Australian who speaks and acts in an uncultured manner, using a broad Australian accent (or Strine).[1] The typical ocker is "usually found in a blue singlet and rubber thongs (foot wear) with a tinnie in his hand propping up a bar".[2]
