Game Mechanics: Lower Guk Down

Both characters that i zoned into Lower Guk have been disconnected, and I am unable to get back on them in game. I can log on characters in game, just not the ones i zoned into Lower Guk.

Details:
10/8/11
Tykco and Tishim were in Upper Guk
Tishim died.
Tishim loaded to bind in Lower Guk
Tishim was disconnected before reaching bind.
Spent an hour on Tykco in Upper Guk.
Gated to bind in Lower Guk to test.
Before Tykco was loaded into Lower Guk he was disconnected.
No longer able to log in either characters.
Everytime i try to log in, it says i have been disconnected before entering world.
