How does the uploading work? I just seen Krazy get a kill on Battle, then 5 minutes later Syft kills Dubs.

10 minutes after all that, you can see the Dubs kill on the leaderboard, but Krazy's kill on Battle is not displayed.

There is a bug which is causes this. The data is there just does not get uploaded in some rare cases. I am working on it.

Yea no shit. But I can type the same exact message in ooc and any log parser wont know the difference.

You could, except that a parser even simpler than you can distinguish between lines that have a big honking "Soandso says out of character" between the timestamp and the message and those that don't.
