Not to mention low corpse timers and it can drop possibly on any content or dungeon in the game. I don't even think TR could mobilize that fast...

Could you just get some decent gear on a lvl 1 and some buffs and just sluaghter lvl 1-5 stuff until it drops.

I am doing this on a level 9 character, probably without the buffs though.
