Spells: Feign Death + Melee Hit = Position Lock?

This has happened multiple times and I'm wondering if it has happened to anyone else.

When I FD as my necro and the mob is melee hitting me, it will sometimes lock my character into the walking animation where I cannot stand, cast, or move.

Sometimes I can save myself by alt+f4'ing, if I have enough health to survive until it logs my character out, but as a necro with lich up almost always, I usually don't.

Has anyone else ran into this issue?
