Default Necro Questing

As a necro most NPCs wont deal with me. Are there any ways of doing certain quests where the NPCs hate me?

Specifically looking at things like The Mystic Cloak quest where I have to deal with a HE in felwithe and and eridite in erudin. Also the Leatherfoot Raiders quest in Rivervale.

The leatherfoot one I figure I can just give it to a friend to turn in. But the Mystic cloak is no drop - so am I just out of luck there?

i m a DE necro and did the mystic cloak quest 2 years ago in the 30's

just got a porter non-kos, go invis, and do the 3 turn-in and evac immediatly.

was perfect in najena and felwith, but died after the last turn in erudin (but get the mystic cloak)

On another note, can anyone confirm: is the leatherfoot raiders skullcap really only 1 charge? is there a way to fill charges?

Check skeleton lich form. It often improves your rep, and it may give you the boost you need to be allowed to do the quest.
