Default Mt. Death Mineral Salts

There's no way for me to test this issue without having access to Kunark content, however a bit of misinformation on the wiki has me worried a make poison combine, Mind Melt, required for Coldain Ring #9 might be missing from Velious launch.

Mind Melt

Ingredients
EverQuest icon 1 x Ethereal Suspension - Bought
EverQuest icon 2 x Mt. Death Mineral Salts - Dropped
EverQuest icon 1 x Quicksilver - Crafted
EverQuest icon 1 x Sealed Poison Vial - Crafted, Bought

Stats
Skill: Poisonmaking
Trivial: 322
Class: ROG

Mt. Death Mineral Salts are marked on the wiki as "Post-Velious (Stonebrunt Mts/Chardok 2.0) Era Content," content which came out many months after Velious release. This is not the case. Obviously, there's some confusion with the Dizok Signet of Service quest which also uses these salts.

Here is a very old poison making resource website which tracked some of the original poison recipe discoveries, showing that Mind Melt was first created by Jan. 2001, well before the Oct. 2001 Chardok revamp. This indicates that these salts should, at the latest, begin dropping with Velious release from the goblins in the FM, Droga, and Nurga areas.

Quest completed by mid april 2001, post suggests that there was a thousand replies on the original thread, could it be that all the rings were available from the start of velious, just never solved?

The actual recipe was listed in the book: Study of Ethereal Suspension.
text from within it:

A particularly incapacitating
poison can be created with
two portions of MT. DEATH
MINERAL SALTS and one vial of
QUICKSILVER.

This book is sold in Thurgain, The Overthere, and Skyshrine. Did find the book on Clara in Thuragain.

I know I was going to check to see if the goblins in Droga did drop these to make sure they were in game, but kunark zones were disabled.

I started to investigate all the poisons in the book that includes Mind Melt and there are other components missing, but everything made from that book comes from Kunark-era vendors or mobs, so it should definitely be in by now as this is effectively the end of the Kunark era.

The patches that put these in were these:

Linking patch notes for poison changes.

Many new recipes for the "Make Poison" skill are now in game. Features include: Several new poison books, stackable components, new suspensions, some purchasable components, and players now have the ability to purchase vials. Please check your vendors.

Poison:

Implemented the high level Rogue poisons (level 51+).
Increased Rogue "Make Poison" skill cap.
Substantially reduced chance to fail "Apply Poison".
Rogues will now automatically sit when right-clicking on a poison.
Failure to make a poison will now return the vial.
At the bug in the main bug section I checked each component and there are a few besides the salts that need to be added, but most of these components are already in game.
