Default NPC's Chasing PC's Through Walls

Currently, at least on the red99 server, mobs are not chasing there targets following the typical pathing. They are instead going through the walls in order to chase people down. This is resulting in enormous trains as a result.

It seems this most often happens when you are close to the target. If you nuke it from afar, it will sometimes do the standard route of pathing to where ever you are pulling the mob to. Body pulling seems to cause this pathing issue through the walls more constantly. That's my experience anyways.

This has happened to me in the following zones I have tested so far:

Nagafen's Lair
Lower Guk

Anyone else experience this more recently?

Can now add:

Unrest
Sontalak in WW

I'm sure this is happening in every zone. Things were fine up until the last patch, something was broken at that point with pathing and how walls and z-axis are used.

There are about 30 threads over the same issue. I believe Haynar has a fix for it, but it will not be in until next patch.
