Miscellaneous: Velious Custom Helm Graphic: Does Not Display at Character Select

Equipping a Custom Cowl of Mortality displays correctly in game, however at character select it does not appear to show a helm.

I'm currently using the Titanium client.

Class: Wizard
Race: Human

I noticed my Helm of the Tracker on my ranger shows the old bucket graphic but in game it shows the new model.
