Is it a train if you pull some mobs, don't FD, and they happen to leash and end up walking into some other party and wipe them?

Yes. You aggro a mob, you're responsible until it's death barring any outside interference (player casts disease cloud to pull it off you and gets themselves killed, player pulls over you and you flop, etc).

personal responsibility does not exist in the safe space of p99, a Classic EverQuest server where you can stand in the way of someone's pull, sit down to get proxy aggro, and then petition for being trained
