Default Crashing

I installed the game and changed the files for P1999 server.

Resolution is an issue atm, I cant seem to get it to fit my screen...

Also everytime I go through a load screen it says not responding, and just now at the character creation screen it crashed on me... can anyone help me?

Haha ok... ill give it a few days then =P

also what is the largest screen resolultion EQ can be played not in windows mode.???

cause when i set it to my desktop resolution not in windows mode and i go to click on the bottom somewhere it minimizes the game.

Also, why did p1999 take away the maps? wernt those in classic EQ? hrmm...
I had more questions, but a little foggy.
