Just wondering if oak bark will be a ground spawn like it says on the wiki?

There is evidence from April 2001 that Oak Bark was a ground spawn in Butcherblock on wayback EQTraders.com .

For what it's worth, the P99 wiki is not all-knowing, so it is best to check out Classic EQ details using the Internet Archive to mine for old data =)
