I believe the time has passed for the end of the SK epic to have been changed from a drop to the 'coin' turn in for the final part.

I'll see if there was a patch note, but it was done to keep people from selling the SK epic loot rights lol.

also, lharc is a pussy he needs to be beefed up in the same terms as VS.

I agree Lhranc is a total pussy here just like Venril Sathir.

He should be proccing the lifetap on almost every successful hit.

as I said I will have to search for a patch note, if there was one... I didn't think it dropped all the way to luclin... But I could be wrong, also I'll have to find the link to the sword lharc used for a while and couldn't be used but had his lifetap on it etc... Dunno why Sony sometimes made mobs have innate dmg buff and proc yet on others they made them wield some uber weapon that's not meant to be seen/looted etc like inte etc etc...

Found a walkthrough that was from 2002. I believe it is the same as here. Looks like this change is past where out timeline ends.
