Camped Shmendrik for 6+ hours, no spawn. Talked with Alovia and she said the last time it spawned was on the 16th--can something be done to reset his spawn please!

Looks like its been 2 days since spawn. I believe its a 24 hour spawn.. will need Nilbog to check it to be sure though.
