Ghoul Supplier not dropping Thick Banded Belt?

Is it possible that the loot table of a ghoul supplier in Lower Guk is broken? I've camped the supplier about 4-5 times totaling over 24 hours of camping and not a single belt has dropped (I think I've gotten about 15-18 bags in total). It's not a rare item so either I'm very unlucky or the belt isn't dropping.

Could someone look into it please?

It's pretty rare. It took me a few days of on-and-off camping to obtain.

I have seen 2 drop myself and probably over 100 bags.

Camped this through much of lvl30-40 grind and never saw belt drop, so yeah. It can be rare.
Also had it on me farming cycles on another char and never saw it then, either. Noidea how many days spent killing it.

dat RNG, i spent 3 days in guk (i am talking like 6-8 hours play time off and on each day) camping DE mask. shit finally dropped on 3rd day. then some scum goes down there and gets it off the next pop. shits classic.

Same here. TBB is the most epic fail of my item-seeking career while lvling. Killed the bastard so many times and never saw the belt drop :(
