NFP Bankers Faction

I was researching for a while how to be able to bank in NFP as an Iksar, and most posts on wayback and monkly-buiness revolved around smashing enough orcs and turning in enough belts (Good quest, with Cain in the warrior guild).

I was finally able to get into NFP, be apprehensive with the Kights of Truth, just to find out that I was KOS to bankers as well.

I'm not 100% sure this is a bug, but it strikes me as odd that none of the iksar faction guides on the web pointed this out. Is it possible that with the faction adjustments that took place a few months ago the bankers were set to a faction the don't belong in?

You can bank while FD, also your faction changes when you are in skelly form. Try that.

Thanks for the tips! I could probably also get around this issue with group wolf form, but getting around the faction problem isn't really what drove me to this post.

It's the fact that I find it very, very odd that none of the iksar guide factions I found mentioned any problem with the bankers themselves. In a nutshell, they said "Get past the Knights of Truth and you're golden". :)

you can bank through the wall by zooming out without having to FD in there

you don't actually have to go in the room

but yeah i was also surprised that they aren't on the same faction as the guards

Freeport bankers are on the freeport merchant faction.

Really easy faction to raise with BrandyQuest in qeynos

Capt npc who is also a merchant in building right by dock of south qeynos. He is on the second floor on a little loft like space. You can stand their safely and turn in brandy to him ( 1 at a time). Nothing will agro you so long you can invis into his loft. I turned roughly 4 backs worth of brandy to him on my last Iksar shadow knight to bank freely in Freeport .


North Freeport guards ( except the cleric faction ones in temple of marr) you can get a friend to buy you cloth tunics roughly 300 of them and turn them into the shield merchant that wanders east commond lands between inn 2 and 4.

You don't need faction to bank in NFP...use third person view.
