Monk epic particles

I noticed I could never see the bubbles from other monks with their epic. I can see my own but no other players can see them. Is this a known bug? particle effects are on, and have asked multiple people if they experience the same thing and it seems that no one other than the monk wearing can see. Is this a possible easy fix? part of the prestige of getting your epic was showing it off :D

Doesn't work if you wield weapons

doesn't work without weapons either, but yea if working properly it wont show with weapons

this is on the client side and it's a tough fix for nilbog and co.
