some npc's don't respond

Hey I put in a thread about the Millers in QH.

I've checked several times and they do not respond to me.

Baobob answers when hailed and has [sister] and [garmet] as keywords. He gives me no text with either.

Chanda responds when hailed, and also when you tell her "baobob sent me."

No text when you respond to [clothes] though.

I've had this problem with other npc's as well. Some in halas.

I have the titanium client and I think I've installed the files properly.

the problem i have noticed is that some people dont actually stand close enough to the NPC. The hail and responses work from slightly different distances

I could send you screenshots of my experiences if you want.

I don't doubt that things are happening as you say though.

But that doesn't change my own experiences.

And since you've read through these bug threads you notice that others have complained of similar problems. Maybe it is what vonyor says, I would have assumed that if you could hail them everything else would work normally.
