Mage Clay Bracelet Quest

Hey guys,

Decided to finally get this quest out of the way:

where you collect all four Rune of Clay parts. I have all of them except the Rune of Clay [bottom] off of a goblin headmaster in OOT now.

I have been camping him for nearly 3 to 4 hours now and have killed him dozens of times and still he has not dropped the quest piece. I have seen many of the other 2 quest pieces he drops. As far as I can tell this wasn't a rare drop.

Any idea if the % on the drop is correct or if this is indeed dropping as it should be?

He drops it 1/3 times. Just bad luck. :T

Another few hours of camping and he did indeed drop it. I must have had the worst luck on that. Just wanted to update in case any future mages question this.
