Ixiblat Immune to Memblur

Casting memblur spells on him simply doesn't work. No message is returned and there is no effect.

Raid mobs are not supposed to be immune to memblur: see http://www.thesteelwarrior.org/forum/archive/index.php/t-1679.html

I have a strong suspicion that this was a hasty hack to avoid the VP/VD memblur campaign of 2012.
