Ok, so according to the wiki and Zam, a night time version of Tracker Azeal indifferent to everyone should spawn at 9pm in Firiona Vie, run along the shore, then kneel by a rock. Right now on RED we have -

Around 9 PM game time, he despawns and reappears in a form indifferent to everyone, then walks out of the outpost.
He spawns at 8pm in Firiona vie, and is KoS to me as an Iksar Shadowknight. He runs to the rock he is supposed to kneel at (at least, it's the same /loc listed on both Zam and the P99 WIki) where he stays until the morning running on the spot, at which point he despawns.

I've tried FD'ing beside him to turn in the coin, twice now. Both times nothing has happened. Is there something I'm missing or is this broken at the moment?
