Noncleric heal nerf - LoH

LoH was nerfed, too.

Used to do 1601.
10% of 1601 = 160.1

Now it does 1440.
1601 - 160.1 = 1440.9 ~ 1440.

Mistake? Should loh be repaired?

I'll look into this. LoH shouldn't have been affected, and when I implemented this, I specifically checked for the logic for LoH, but I may have missed something.
