Brother Nalllin North Karana not working i think.

Greetings.

So puttering around North Karana today I noticed Brother Nallin is not working here on p1999 I believe.

Hailed him at following factions.

Indifferent, Amiable, and Kindly No response

Logged on to EQ mac to do some testing. Test toon was ally level faction:

"Hail Brother Nallin"

Brother Nallin Says "May the Prime Healer Watch over your body as you pass through the dangerous lands. I am Brother Nallin of the [Temple of Life]. I was dispatched to aid the guards and resident of the plains. I can assist you if you have need of me to [cure Poison] or [cure disease]."

say "What Temple of Life"
Brother Nallin says "within the walls of Qeynos can be found the home of the Priests of Life, the Temple of Life. It is there that good people pay tribute to the great Prime Healer, Rodcet Nife."

say "What cure poison"

Brother Nallin says "If you would like me to cure poison, you must offer me four water flasks. I shall see what the residents of the plains get your donation and we will try to cast the toxin form your body."

say "what cure disease"

Brother Nallin says "Yes I can cast the disease from your body with the power of the prime healer. First, you must make an offering to the Temple of Life. the offering is five gold coins"

I don thave any warmly or ally faction toon here on p1999 to temple of life so cannot test if he is working. if someone else those have these faction would be nice if you could test this.

Fixed, pending update.

Added a faction check of indifferent or better as I'm not sure what it should be.

Additional information I could use for this:
-Dialogue given if he does cure poison/disease
-Bad faction messages i.e. "You don't serve Rodcet Nife"
-Any multiquest text. i.e. "I asked for four water flasks!"

here are the test you wanted me to run:

Cure disease gave him 5 gold

Brother Nallin says "May Rodcet Nife breath upon your body and soul and banish the evil from within"

brother nallin cast a spell. presume cure disease no text say what spell was cast.

give him less than five gold and he will say

Brother Nallin says "I shall see that your donation makes its way to the needy followers of the Prime Healer"

gave him 2 then 2 more then 1 keep saying same message. gave him 8 gold and still same message guess it has to be exactly 5 gold for him to cast spell on you.
Intresting note when you hand in 5 gold exactly you get quest complete trumpet.

Cure Poison gave him 4 waters untracked

Brotther Nallin says "May Rodcet Nife breath upon your body and sould and banish the evil from within"

Tried giving him 1 water flask nothing then 1 more nothing continued till 4th and he gives the message for 4 flask of water turned in. Again Quest complete trumpet sound when 4 water flask at once or individually till 4 .

Ok got an Indifferent faction toon to Brother Nallin. Was able to Hail him and get same response as my original post with ally toon. was able to successfully complete both cure disease and Cure poison with
him with no difficulty.
