Limited stock items (20 or so?)

Looking to pick myself up some of Crow's Special Brew, but he didn't have it. Here is what he should have on him according to Alla:

Is it possible that Crows Special Brew was added later after the tradeskill revamp in Kunark? Just a shot in the dark... not sure really.

Crow's brew can be purchased from Crow himself, although he usually has a limited supply. I don't know how often he restocks, but it's definitely an unusual shop item in that it's not an infinite supply in the shop, but definitely is created in the shop.

Maybe he just sold his last one for the day?

Possibly, but what's considered limited supply? I haven't heard anything on how much he actually carries. Just have seen some posts that it's not always infinite? Does that mean sometimes it is, sometimes it's not (only sold at a certain time of day or something?). I've never seen a merchant have limited supply of their default inventory. Someone mentions a stack being on him every time the server resets. This would make us never have it on this server since we don't have the mobs respawn on patch days here?

I'm going to look around more, and see what I can find.

Does anyone know how exactly this is supposed to work. I have fund posts stating that he recycles once a day, only on server reset, and that he had way more than 20.

MOST posts point to him having 20 at a time. There seems plenty of data pointing to 20 at a time. The issue comes in with how often does he refresh his inventory? Also, is it even possible to do this on P99 server?

Would love to get this squared away. This would help poison making soooo much!

Unless I'm entirely not aware of what's going on, I don't think Crow ever sells the right brew for this quest. I've camped my SK out a few times there, waiting for a server restart, only to find he doesn't have the brews available. I know I can just kill the guy and take the note, but it's a bit rough, and having an alternative is nice.

Note that the "Crow's Special Brew" that you get from the Rat Fink guy quest in South Qeynos aren't the right ones.

Info: The Brews recieved from this quest are NOT the real crows special brew -- they are consumable, but will not get you drunk. The real crows special brew is extremely rare. Crow himself only ever has 20 everytime the server restarts. I have about 100 of them. The real crows special brew will get you super drunk. This not-real crows special brew appears in a green bottle, and the real crows special brew appears in a red bottle that looks like the honey mead picture. The green one if for quests. The red one is for geting wasted.

Please note that he states that he want's a Crow's brew "from Crow himself". I tried it with both Crow's brews and it is definately the one you -buy- from Crow.

Looks like it happened on server reset. To my knowledge the spawns aren't reset on here as they were on live. Do we have any options to get him to replenish his stock? Or we shit out of luck? Thanks!

Hi there.. so Crow doesn't sell this item - I had found a previous old post on here saying it was fixed but he doesn't seem to stock it ever. How to complete Gharin's Note, then..

He does sell these. I noticed they are restocked when the server restarts and at sim repops.
