Is Krystalle Corsair not in classic? She should be in High Keep, but shes not there .She sells spell: thicken mana

She wasn't added until July 10, 2003 when the mass enchant/imbue spells were added.

There is a new vendor that sells this line of spells. Not mass. Erudite woman, behind a door near the clerk. (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=9125&page=1&howmany=50#msg106355759622299)
