I was attempting to craft the non stat DE Cultural Chain Sleeves today and found out that I cannot.
I attempted to combine 2xAdamtite Rings, 1xChainmail Sleeve Pattern, 1xShadow Tempter, 1xSilk Swatch, and 1x Teir`Dal Smithy Hammer in the Teir`Dal forge and receive the message "You cannot combine these items in this container type!"
After reviewing the items necessary for the combine several times (it's been months since I've tried Cultural armor) I grabbed a Chainmail Mantle Pattern (they need the same materials) and was able to successfully make the combine.
I sold back the Chainmail Sleeve Pattern and bought a new one, attempted the combine again with no luck. I tried a combination of 1 and 3 Adamantite rings also with no luck. This combine appears to be broken.
