Quest that didn't make into p99

Fishgill Necksash was live during Kunark, dropped in TD off a mob named First Mate Morgan 100% of the time apparently. It was a group of skeletons around Captain Cragg who dropped the Flowing Red Silk Sash.

According to what I've read it only was dropping for about a week.

Would be cool if it could be replaced temporarily since I don't believe we ever had any on P99.

Comments seem to suggest it was around for a week and removed January 2002

As far as I know, this was added at Luclin release, or shortly after, then removed. More research is always good. Let me know if you find otherwise.
