Ornate Velium Pendant drop off Chancilors in Icewell Keep is currently charged (4 charge post nerf status), was unlimited charge on velious release on live for a short time.

Currently it is set for both to be able to drop. That should be corrected. However, need to know when exactly it changes, and ideally, how often the prenerf should be dropping.

Just looked over the pages on Alla for the Councilor mobs and the items. I couldn't find anything about the date of the nerf, but neither version of the item had any comments until April 2001, so it must have been nerfed on or before the 4-17-2001 patch.

Killed her last night, kill her along with most of the zone rather frequently. She dropped an ornate velium amulet 6wis 6cha 4charges of alliance. First time i've ever seen it drop and I might as well live in the zone, I probably spend 1/3 to 1/2 of my hunting time there so it's either very rare or i'm very unlucky (or a combonation).

That's referring to the post-nerf version of the item, FWIW.
