Well, now Bards can use these as well, and on Iksars it isn't plate. Kinda takes on the effect of a bard in lambent with an iksar hide mask... colored cab scale look

Screen shot must be old because bards can wear all peices of RFV armor.

Bard's can wear it NOW - the fact they couldn't at first was an error that took months for Verant to correct, but they finally fixed it just a couple weeks ago.

Bard was probably added to this stuff right around the same time Iksar's were added to Champion's armor. Sometime between mid-march and early april. (perhaps the release of hate/fear revamps?)
