Unable to use OT hammer in Velious

Not sure if this is just because it is turned off, but was just messing around and tried to use the overthere hammer, and gave message that zone was not available, etc.

Only Velious zones and NRo are active. I'd imagine to save bandwidth.

It would be really nice to have a classic Druid port zone active. So I can port and Manastone like I plan to in Velious
