Incandescent Wand SolRo quest broken again

I cast belenovelnce on Sultin first so I was amiable to him.

Handed in the enchanted silver want and the pouch of silver dust and got squat in return. Been waiting a long time to finish this quest as it has been broken off and on for months.

Made a petition in game to get the quest items back or if possible the Incandecent Wand itself so I don't have to wait any longer.

How many times did you enchant the wand? Once in NK then again in Erudin?

I just tried this today with indifferent faction and he returned both items with rejection text. I went to SRO and gave Rathmana Allin 30 gold (or 3 plat) over and over to get to Amiable and the turn-in worked just fine...

Maybe its your faction spell that isn't taking effect if you are indifferent normally?

Well unless I get the items reimbured it will be a while before I find out.

He text is most definitely broken when I ask him about the incandescents because he responded to everything but that.

I used benevolence and he went from indiferent to amiable.

The quest items were eaten instead of being given back to me. I would love it if I didn't have to start this all over again. Pretty please. :)

Just a heads up this quest is working properly now, been for some time. This can be moved to resolved.
