Temporary item modulating rod

Logged with a mod rod equipped an it was still in inventory a day later.
Click it to remove, it crashed me.
The mod rod had been transfered from players at least twice since a cleric gave it to me.

Nothing too bad, just reporting it in case it opens a possibility for duping or abusing temporary items. No idea if the bug is repeatable.
