Song haste from items refreshes but wears off

This is more specific to the Robe of the Whistling Fists and Dark Cloak of the Sky (I am told). If you try to refresh the song as it is wearing off it will give you the text that the effect is refreshed and then wears off.

[Fri Jun 20 13:03:15 2014] You whistle an ancient warsong.
[Fri Jun 20 13:03:15 2014] You stop whistling.

Used to a ton with any buff that got reapplied just as it was wearing off. Wonder if it is connected to that (now fixed, I think?) bug?

I think I've even had it happen on Torpor too. If the timing is just right it will miss but use mana and give off the spell text.

At work so not digging but there is a bug report somewhere i believe about this happening or atleast i remember reading something about it somewhere.
