In the quest text when you're talking to Wu the Enlightened about the Golden Sash of Tranquility quest he says this:
Ah, the test of tranquility. Only the tranquil monk can achieve enlightenment. Are you such an individual? Time shall tell. Retrieve these items for me. Bring an aged nectar, a Decree of Quellious, and a Glowing Diamond. Then we shall assess your ability.
The problem is he doesn't want a Glowing Diamond, he wants Tear of Quellious. I had to confirm with another monk that had already done the quest if this was accurate or not, which it wasn't. I turned in Aged Nectar, Decree of Quellious, and Tear of Quellious. I received my Golden Sash of Tranquility reward even though I was scares as hell before I hit trade.
Just a text fix! :)
