You did the graphics update. You did it by cut/pasting the zone files to a different folder (or deleting them), and then unzipping the graphics-updated zone files, which are incomplete. You should have copied the files, left them there, pasted them to a different folder, and then unzipped the graphics-updated zone files, replacing certain ones and leaving others that don't have a graphics update (like Paineel) there.

Basically, you need the zone file for Paineel.
