We are <Anonymous>! We're actually not that anonymous...it's just our guild name. I'm Carkle, by the way. We chose <Anonymous> primarily because our name would look kind of cool if we were using /role.

What are we all about?
Listen, we're a casual raiding guild. We want players who have a desire to raid and have a desire to tackle high level content but cannot give their lives away to a computer game. I'm close to 40 years old and I have all of that stuff going on in my life that normal nearly 40 year olds have going on. We have officers who are older and younger than I who are at similar places in their lives. We have players that span the age spectrum from those in their 20's up to those in their 60's. That being the case we have a mature playerbase that has fun in Guild Chat but don't let it get vulgar.

We are fun, helpful, motivated, mutually beneficial. If this describes you, contact any guild member and ask to be put in contact with an officer! We want to speak with you.

What are the requirements to join?
We're a casual raiding guild so it doesn't make sense for us to accept applications from those who are not Raid Level. We are currently accepting applications from main characters level 46 (for most classes) and up along with their associated alts. These classes will need to meet the following requirements:
Druids - Level 50+
Shaman - Level 55+ (or 50+ with epic)

Gratz to Snicklefrittz on winning our recent event, Anonymous's 200pp - Race for your Gnomin' Life!

Contestants had to run a naked and unbuffed level 1 gnome by road from Ak'Anon to the docks in Butcherblock Mountains! First racer to cross the the gates into the docks won. We had several fatalities along the way but we still had a great time!

Gratz to <Anonymous> on our first Fear raid! The break in was painfully tough but after a few deaths and regroups, we finally did it! Unfortunately, our real life schedules would not allow us to stay for a full clear. We did get some good gear though...

Tonight we assembled to help one of our monks,Snicklefrittz, kill the sleeping ogre of Nurga, Trunt! We had a group and a half (which is more than enough for this kill) and we showed him who was boss.

Rekles, Tueur, and friends took a trip deep into Kedge Keep to kill Phinigel Atropos and obtain the Staff of Elemental Mastery for Rekles's epic. They murdered Phinny but he didn't drop the right staff. Bastage! We'll kill him again soon and get him his staff next time!

In the morning we killed Phinegal Atropos for our Mage, Rekles... We murdered him but unfortunately the epic drop was not on him.

In the evening we killed Cazel (the scourge of all Oasis grinding lowbies) for our enchanter, Yoldi. I've never personally killed Cazel before so this was an absolute treat for me!

We finished off the day by putting the smack down on Brother Qwinn in Southern Karana. It was a tad close (tank at 7% of hp left and clerics OOM) but we did it! Woton got Bro Q's Robe of the Lost Circle for his epic! Thanks to Jamiee (unguilded cleric) for helping with heals!

No screenshots were taken of this battle but I think I was able to recreate the fight in a gritty, gory realism usually only seen in high dollar action films...

Last night we had intended to clear Fear but The A-Team beat us to it. Not a problem. There's a lot that our young guild can learn from The A-Team. They had a nice clean break in, by the way.

We got over our disappointment quickly and set off to clear some things from our To Do List. We started by doing the monk epic kill and getting Snicklefrittz his epic! Yay for bubbles floating up from your hands!

After killing Xenovorash, we took the raid to East Karana to kill the Dark Elf Corruptor for Hawkai. The Dark Elf Corruptor is part of the Ranger / Druid epic quests. We had two full groups. Yes. Overkill. Sorry no pics...

We finished our evening by going to Permafrost to collect some Prickly Pears for our SKs. Prickly Pears are required for a SK spell called Life Leech. We fought our way into Lady Vox's room and then started killing Icy Terrors until three Prickly Pears dropped.

Good guild groups are part of what one can expect when they go <Anonymous>. Last night, I had the pleasure of being in two of them.

I started my evening in a guild group in the Rathe Mountains. We assembled there to kill a monstrous zombie for Shunin's Life Leech (http://wiki.project1999.com/Prickly_Pear) spell. We took him down and then Shunin took his heart and turned it in for the spell.

We had some folks who had to leave, so we reformed the group with some more guildies and took it to HS. HS had no empty camps and Skyfire was just an evac away so off we went to kill some worms and take some nameds...

We killed a few, looted some spells, and even got a piece for our bard's epic!

The ground shook tonight and, lo and behold, the server repopped... <Anonymous> decided to take advantage of this repop by going on Safari to the Field of Bone to kill an elusive gorilla known only as "the tangrin". He drops the Sands of the Mystic which is an enchanter epic piece. We got into position and then dragged that monkey off of his island and over to the mainland...at which point we kicked his hairy butt.

Thanks to some excellent reconnaissance by our ranger, Hawkai, we determined that last night would be a great night for a Fear raid! Our first Fear raid saw <Anonymous> wipe 3 times during the break in. This time we only wiped a single time during the break in. We proceeded to claim lots of loot, an iksar tear, and kill Dread, Fright, and Terror.

It was awesome!

Tonight, <Anonymous> decided to work on a few epics. We got the guild together and a friend, Welgrim (50 cleric), and besieged the Castle in the City of Mist. We battled wave after wave of Reavers and other mobs.

And then we kicked him in it! And then he died. Our Shaman, Orbo, went over to him and removed one of his scales.

After turning it into the Spirit Sentinel in the Emerald Jungle, Orbo was rewarded with his epic!

Tonight we decided to knock out a lot of our epic pieces...

We started by killing the Plasmatic Priest for our cleric, Gocli! Yay Gocli!

We then swam down into a pit full of boiling lava to battle Eejag! He put up a fight...and we struggled to find him...and then we killed him dead. Gratz Woton on looting his Charred Scale!

We were on such a roll that we decided to see just what else we could kill. So, we all ported over to the Feerrott and then ran to Rathe Mountains. We formed up quickly because Shunin was already pulling! He pulled a drake named Rharzar to us. We killed him and Shunin looted his spine for his epic.

It was a good night! Three people benefited from the drops but we all benefited from the fun! Cheesy line, I know. Cheesiness is just one of the many things you can expect when you go...<Anonymous>!

Last night, we saddled up two groups of <Anonymous>'s Finest and went deep into the Hole to help out Shunin, Ragnak, and Barkle.

Deep in the city area, there are these living chests (like in Plane of Hate). They drop keys that the Shadow Knights need for their epics. We went down to the city area (by the docks) to a building that looks like it used to be a bank.

So, we found this building and these chests and we killed them. They each had a key! The guild has three high level Shadow Knights so this was perfect! Shunin looted his and Barkle looted his. Ragnak was not present so our monk Edam looted it for him for a future MQ.

After that we ported to Lavastorm to meet up with our cleric, Woodman. He was waiting for us in the Temple of Solusek Ro so we could kill the Plasmatic Priest for him. He did his turn in to the Seeker (who promptly killed him) but we got the Plasmatic Priest to zone line where we murdered him. Then we rezzed Woodman so he could loot his robe.

Wiked. Trixsie, Orbo, and Kanrin had a guild group last night. Orbo's a fat ogre and when he sits around, he really sits around. Apparently one of those places he was sitting around was on Trixsie. So, Trixsie contacted the GMs and had the GMs fix the issue in a creative manner.

Tonight we decided it was time to take another trip to the Plane of Fear... <Anonymous> needs more planar loots! We fought our way through that hellish zone with blood falling from the sky. We killed all manner of mobs from the pit of hell. We finally got a chance to kill two of the three golems that guard Fear. Unfortunately the two shamans we had along that needed an Iksar Tear will just have to wait since the Iksar maiden didn't spawn after either kill.

We still had a great time!

After clearing Fear, several members of <Anonymous> traveled across the world to the Hole to go in search of some epic drops for our Shadow Knights, Shunin and Barkle. We made it down to Caradon's cell. Then Shunin gave the turn in to Caradon and Kyrenna spawned and we killed her. Rinse and repeat with Barkle. Both Shadow Knights got their epic loots!

Lately, the clerics of <Anonymous> have really been putting forth the effort to get their epics. We've done several epic drops for them, Tonight it was Aurelia's turn to kill the Plasmatic Priest and claim her Blood Soaked Plasmatic Priest Robe.

The kill went off swimmingly and now we have another cleric one step closer to her epic!

We stormed the Plane of Fear tonight. The loots were a tad lighter than we would have liked but we did end up getting some good stuff.

What a day! Two of our guildies got some great epic loots!

Early this evening, I logged on a Ranger in MM and noticed that Black Dire was up. What luck! We have two shaman who need their Black Fur Boots. I did a /who all guild. Neither of them were logged on. I was about to move along when Sepheric logged on. He was one of the shaman needing the boots.

So, we got a group together and killed that puppy! We looted his fur and Sepheric turned it in for the boots!

Later in the evening, we ventured down into the Hole in search of the Ghost of Glohnor for our beloved Shadow Knight, Shunin. The Ghost of Glohnor is part of a quest chain that ends in Shunin getting some awesome gear. But I digest.

So, we got the Ghost of Glohnor to spawn and our druids saw him on Track. Shunin and I went in search of him and located him sitting in a coffin. This is from the Wiki since we forgot to grab screenshots tonight.

Shunin did his turn in and the Ghost of Glohnor despawned. Our druids alerted us to the fact that the Mummy of Glohnor had spawned somewhere nearby. We went in search of him and finally found him in a somewhat hidden room in the basement. No basement was going to stop us. We all IVU-ed up and went in after him.

We found him. We put the smackdown on him. He died. Shunin got the loot and then took it for his turn in. Check out what he got!

Last night, I logged on a ranger (who I had left at the Black Dire camp) and hit tracking and "an advisor" was up. I checked the guild and Argonas (the other shaman that needed the boots) was logged on. So, I called an "Avengers Assemble" as Wiked puts it and got enough guildies in place to make the kill. Which we did! Gratz to Argonas on his new boots!

I tried to give the guild the rest of the night off since we have been going at it hard this week but many in the guild did not want a night off. So, we decided to do a couple of SK kills in Rathe Mountains.

So, we went down to Rathe Mountains and I did a couple of turn ins to make "a monstrous zombie" spawn. He did, we killed him, and I turned in its heart (yes, a skeleton with a heart) to Kazzel D'Leryt. Kazzel D'Leryt gave me Spell: Life Leech (http://wiki.project1999.com/Life_Leech)!

We had another SK guildie along, Ragnak, so we decided to kill Rharzar (http://wiki.project1999.com/Rharzar) for him for part of his SK epic.

So, last night I logged on to find that <Anonymous> had already taken down Phinigel Autropos and claimed the Staff of Elemental Mastery: Water for our mage, Rekles!

Nicely done team! And that wasn't the end of it! They were gathered in City of Mist and pulling Reavers to get Argonas's shaman epic quest finished!

I got a port and an evac and got myself there ASAP. We killed Reavers and Lord Ghiosk and then finally Lord Rak'Ashiir himself! Not only did Argonas get his epic drop, but we also got the Axe of Lost Souls, Jade Reaver, Atramentous Shield, and a cleric spell drop.

Our paladin, Banindor, mentioned in passing that he had two pieces left to acquire for his Soulfire. He still needed Sir Lucan D'Lere killed and he needed Xicotl killed. He checked and determined that Sir Lucan was up! So, we rounded up the troops and off to West Freeport we went. By the time we got there, Inglourious Basterds had already engaged Sir Lucan and were putting him down like the dirty dog he is. We were disappointed that they beat us to him but we enjoyed watching Sir Lucan get the poop kicked out of him. We were really surprised when they offered to let Banindor loot A Testimony of Truth off of his corpse! Thanks IB!

A few of us decided to finish what we had started, so we ported to Steamfont and ventured into Mistmoore to find Xicotl. Upon entering Mistmoore, we found out that he had been killed only just recently. We decided to continue on with our quest and camp him anyways. He popped and we killed him and Banindor looted his corpse and got the Glowing Sword Hilt!

A minute later, Lasna Cheroon popped. We killed her and our druid, Muggwin, looted the Diamondine Earring!

I had to go to bed but Banindor vowed to have his Soulfire before he logged off for the night. I look forward to catching up with him and finding out whether he got it!

Last night, <Anonymous> decided it was high time we killed Gwan for Woton's epic. We checked Plane of Sky and Divinity was up there. I contacted leadership of <Divinity> and asked whether they were going after Gwan. I was told that they were not and that we could feel free to port up and kill him.

So, we saddled up the troops and headed to the Plane of Sky. We're a young guild, inexperienced in some ways, and so didn't realize how troublesome it would be for us to get to Island 1.5. And trouble it was. We ended up having to use a corpse summoning assembly line to get everybody from 1 to 1.5.

When we got to 1.5, we found "a presence" pretty easily.

Woton, our monk, did the turn in and Gwan spawned. Then Woton spoke the key phrase to him to get him to aggro. I think Woton pissed Gwan off because he was immediately thrown off the island and into the ocean off of the docks of East Freeport. Oh crap! We decided to kill Gwan anyways and MQ his loot for Woton later.

Our ranger, Laylu, engaged Gwan and tanked him while the rest of the guild assisted in killing him. He was a tough punk but we got him dead.

We decided to avoid a MQ. Our wizard, Oteso, ported down, picked up Woton, and we got him to Gwan's corpse in time to loot it.

Gratz Woton! His next stop is Trunt...the sleeping ogre of Nurga!

<Anonymous> members have been collecting Gimblox Signet Rings and turning them in for ornate seashells. It was past time for us to turn them in and spawn Ixiblat Fer!

So, last night we partnered up with <The A-Team> and went to Burning Wood to kill the bastage. We all had dreams of walking away with a Cloak of Flames. We spawned him 5 times, killed him 5 times, and he never dropped a single Cloak of Flames! We got some good spell drops though. And we had lots of fun! And we got to know several members of <The A-Team> better!

It was a great evening!

Last night, Woton let the guild know that, Trunt, the sleeping ogre of Nurga had spawned. We grabbed one tank, Shunin (our Shadow Knight), a few healers, and a bunch of good DPS and we all headed to Nurga to give Trunt a rude awakening.

We found him quickly and Woton gave him the quest turn in. The sleeping ogre despawned and Trunt spawned in his place. Shunin immediately grabbed aggro and after a moment, the DPS engaged Trunt with a vengeance.

That tubby ogre didn't stand a chance and within a minute he was dead. Great job <Anonymous>! We'll have another epic monk in the guild within a week!

So... I was grinding some experience on my new baby rogue in the Oasis when I died for the fourth time. I was waiting in West Freeport for my friend Trixsie to Rez me when I said to myself.."I wonder if Sir Lucan is up". I searched through the militia house and indeed... He was up. I checked and we did have a Paladin alt on. I mentioned in guild chat that Sir Lucan was up and a mini raid force practically came together on its own. So, we took this mini raid force to West Freeport, pulled him out of his guard house, and we ate him alive.

Last night, <Anonymous> hit another milestone. We raided Hate! And we did well! We got up there and broke in. The mobs were coming in waves and we fought them off valiantly. Well... They fought them off valiantly. I was in my daughter's room quizzing her on her spelling words wishing I was there.

She was spelling her way through the word "inalienable" when I received a text from Trixsie (one of the Officers) that said, "BP log in now". I believe I must have said "Holy crap!" pretty loud because my daughter said, "What? I spelled it that bad?" I assured her that it was not her spelling skills that had me holy crapping and I ran out of her room.

I grabbed my laptop and noticed that I wasn't even at the character select screen... I was at the Windows desktop! No! I quickly started the logging on process. While I did so, I texted Oteso (our wizard Officer) and asked him to port to North Ro and pick up Carkle who was camped north of the dock in Oasis.

I got logged in and immediately ran for North Ro. I crossed the zone line and quickly ran into Oteso who threw me a group invite. He must have started porting before I clicked Follow because 2 seconds after I did, we were gone.

We landed in Plane of Hate and I readily found the corpse and...

Woot! It's been two years since I started raiding on this server and I finally got it. Special thanks to Trixsie and Oteso for making it happen and to Phildane for being kind enough to pass up on his own chance to get a purple BP so I could have it.

We stayed up in Hate for a while and then sleepiness started to set in so we left Hate.

Some of us still had a little energy left so we decided to do Woton's epic kill. He's one of our monks.

That was a mistake. We got Deep trained away and killed Vorash easy enough. Then we medded up to kill Xenovorash. He wiped the floor with us. We just didn't have enough DPS.

We recruited Yeaboy (60 necro) and we tried it again. This time we came very close to winning.

Yeaboy recruited his friend, Caww (56 monk), to help out. In the meantime, our second cleric and a mage logged. We decided to try it anyways. We got destroyed even worse than the first attempt.

So, we logged for the night with Xenovorash still spawned and laughing at us.

On a related note, I logged on this morning and found myself right in the middle of a Taken raid. They had assembled to kill our Xenovorash who had never despawned. They did a good job and within minutes, he was toast. Nicely done Taken! You killed him fair and square!

We are committed to fielding a larger raid force the next time we do this. Xenovorash! Woton will have his epic! It is time for you to answer to <Anonymous>!

Last night, we assembled the raid force and ventured down into Chardok to kill Prince Selrach Di'zok and Overking Bathezid. We got down to the Royals area pretty easily and started clearing the rooms to get to the Prince. We eventually got the rooms cleared and engaged the Prince.

I logged on just long enough to rez my buddy when I got a tell from a guildie, Decree, telling me that Miragul was up! Aparently Miragul is a requirement for his Fiery Avenger...a sword that is awesome and a part of the Paladin epic quest!

I put the call out to <Anonymous> and we responded! I gathered as many guildies as I could to meet us in Everfrost at the Blackburrow zone line but at that time of day, there just were not a lot of us online.

I started doing "/w all" looking for anybody of a high enough level that could help us get this done. We finally got sufficient numbers to come meet us in Everfrost for the kill.

We ran to the frozen river, jumped into a hole in the ice, and swam into an underground cavern. Right away we started experiencing feelings of foreboding.

We found the Lich of Miragul and our necromancer, Notepad, charmed him for us.

Unfortunately, the Lich of Miragul did not appreciate being charmed so he broke it and tossed a 1500 point DD at Notepad which immediately sent him back to his bind point.

At that point, our other Necromancer, Sickle, had to disperse his pet and charm the Lich of Miragul. I quickly tossed Notepad a rez while Decree did the turn in.

After the turn in, the Lich of Miragul despawned only to be replaced by Miragul...in the flesh! The dude immediately attacked us so we were forced to defend ourselves.

Last night, <Anonymous> was going to raid Fear but it was in the process of being cleared. We were going to raid Hate, but we didn't have any big tanks logged on. So, we looked through our To Do List and decided to knock out a couple of SK epic drops in the Hole.

The first mob we checked for in the Hole was Caradon. Our SK, Ragnak, needs to turn in the Cell Key to Caradon to get Kyrenna to spawn. After killing her, he needs to take her heart and blood for epic drops.

Unfortunately, Caradon turned out to not be spawned so we pushed forward to go after Barkle's mob. We fought our way through the Hole killing ratmen, golems, elementals, ghosts, and skeletons.

We got to the docks, we swam past them to the waterfall overlooking Master Yael's room. He was spawned, by the way, but unfortunately we didn't have the right class/level make up in the Raid force to kill him. So, we jumped down to the graveyard area. Once there, we started clearing mobs to try and get the Ghost of Glohnor to spawn.

It didn't take the Ghost of Glohnor very long to spawn. Once he did, Barkle did his turn in and the Ghost of Glohnor despawned and was replaced by the Mummy of Glohnor. Shunin pulled him out of the crypt to the rest of the raid force. Where we killed him.

Last night, I logged on just in time to see Decree announce something awesome in Guild Chat... He was doing his final turn in for his epic! Sure enough, it wasn't long before he linked his shiny new Fiery Defender in Guild Chat! Woot Woot! Well done Decree and <Anonymous>!

I specifically logged on when I did because it was time to kill Lord Rak'Ashiir for Gurt's epic! Gurt is our shaman and is well-deserving of a sparkly spear. We gathered at the moat in City of Mist and started pulling reaver after reaver. Eventually, Lord Rak'Ashiir popped.

Gurt did his turn in and then our warrior, Dog, immediately grabbed aggro on Lord Rak'Ashiir and the battle commenced in earnest. This was probably the easiest experience we have had killing Lord Rak'Ashiir! He went down so fast I was left asking people, "Is he dead? Is he dead?"

Gurt looted the scale and went to do his turn in. Gratz Gurt on your new epic!

Right after we killed Lord Rak'Ashiir, the ground shook and the server re-populated. We decided to take this opportunity to go kill Miragul for Rekmore's epic. Rekmore is a paladin.

Thanks to Oteso's egress spell, we got to Everfrost so fast! We found the Lich of Miragul. One of our enchanters charmed him and then Rekmore did his turn in. Lich of Miragul despawned and was replaced by Miragul himself. And we murdered him. And we murdered him good! Gratz to Rekmore! And great job <Anonymous> on the kill! Thanks to <Primal> for joining us on this adventure, as well!

Strep completed his turn in to Omat Vastsea in Timorous Deep and was anxious to kill the Plasmatic Priest so he could advance on his cleric epic. So, we rounded up the troops and went in search of a seeker in the Temple of Solusek Ro. It was the middle of the night so he was not spawned. Notepad mentioned that he had seen Kirak Vil (for paladin epic) spawned on his way to the Temple of Solusek Ro. So, we decided to go kill him for a future MQ and then come back and kill the Plasmatic Priest.

We arrived in Nektulos Forest and we got set up.

I pulled Kirak Vil back to where the rest of the group was waiting at Zone Line. Shunin tanked, Decree burned him with his Fiery Defender, Woton opened up a can of Karate on him, I started slicing and dicing with the lightning swords, Notepad did the scary stuff necros do, and Strep tossed out heals as necessary. In a short time, Kirak Vil was dead. Decree looted the Tainted Darksteel Shield.

We then went back to the Temple of Solusek Ro and got set up for the Plasmatic Priest kill.

Strep and I were in place when a keeper despawned and was replaced by a seeker. Strep did his turn in and the Plasmatic Priest spawned. Strep immediately gated back to zone line. While he was working on casting Gate, I grabbed aggro and ran the Plasmatic Priest back to zone line. I waited for him to arrive and then I noticed the red writing saying that he was attacking me. I couldn't find him anywhere. Apparently, he had glitched himself into the wall and was attacking me from there. I didn't figure that out until a second before he killed me.

After killing me, he popped out of the wall and the rest of the raid was finally able to engage his sorry behind. I sat at my bind spot in Greater Faydark waiting to learn the outcome of the battle.

Last night <Anonymous> (joined by <Primal>) did something that we have been planning on doing for months...

We killed Kazen Fecae and his buddies! By killing Kazen Fecae and friends, a necromancer can shortcut directly to the Plane of Sky part of their epic.

<Anonymous> and <Primal> met in Lake Rathetear and prepared to engage these red robe wearing morons.

We didn't do too well the first time. The two of them destroyed the entire raid force.

So... we rezzed up and started strategizing. We decided to sic the pets and casters on Kazen Fecae while the melees (assisted by the healers) engaged his buddy, Emkel Kabae.

Kazen Fecae's death spawned the Failed Apprentice (whom we killed, as well). What a failure at life that Failed Apprentice was. And killing him spawned a tortured soul. We tortured his soul even more because we immediately engaged him.

Hell of a raid in fear tonight guys and gals!!! Grats on all the gear and drops!

<Anonymous> and <Primal> had been planning on hitting Chardok on 11/1/2014 for warrior, cleric, and enchanter epic drops. We all assembled at Chardok zone line and waited for our level 60 warrior friend to log on. He never did so we were left with the decision of where to take this raid force and what to do with it. Hate had already been cleared and Fear still had an Hour to repop.

We decided to take the Raid force up to Hate and look around and kill a few of the trash mobs and then head to Fear. The raid force hung out at the fountains in the Plane of Hate killing mobs for a few minutes.

A few minutes later, we decided it was time for us to head to Plane of Fear.

We thought we had it planned perfectly and that we'd get in with it mostly empty and that the mobs would start respawning around us. Our timing must have been off by a tad because we were beset upon by mobs from the moment we zoned into Fear.

<Anonymous> and <Primal> fought furiously for several minutes trying to get the mobs under control. Scarelings warped several players to random places where they died. I was playing my Shadow Knight and I personally recovered the corpses of Haalo, Ademi, and Edam. Stigss's corpse was recovered a little later by somebody else.

It was hairy for a few minutes but we fought like lions and didn't wipe!

We got close to clearing the zone. We could have but people started getting sleepy so we decided to call it a night.

We killed Dread, Terror, and Fright... Unfortunately for the two un-epic-ed shamans along, the iksar broodling never spawned so neither of them got the Child's Tear which would have allowed them to finish their epics.

Lots of good loot dropped. My SK got his Breastplate and a SK helm dropped. There was also Ranger legs and other pieces, Pally, monk, and necro drops.

<Anonymous> has been raiding the planes pretty hard since our formation over 3 months ago. We've become extremely proficient with Fear and have just started regularly hitting Hate. Plane of Sky is a different beast though. You can't just go there and start killing stuff just because it is re-popped and there is no other guild there.

We want to be respectful of other guilds so I have been contacting the Guild Leaders of other raiding guilds to see if (until we find our own time slot) we can tag along with them on their raids. The other Guild Leaders have all been very respectful and most of them are bending over backwards to help us get our slice of the Sky pie. We have joint Sky raids planned with several raiding guilds over the next few weeks.

Last night, <Anonymous> was invited to raid the Plane of Sky with <Inglourious Basterds>. Unfortunately, I had to take a kid to gymnastics so was not available to attend. <Anonymous> and our friends in <Primal> brought a combined force of 2 1/2 groups to the raid. Four Officers attended the raid and they stated that it went extremely well and that <Inglourious Basterds> was a lot of fun to raid with!

Last night, an <Anonymous> guildie noticed that the Tangrin was up in the Field of Bone. What a coincidence! It just so happens that our enchanter, Sereh, needs to kill the Tangrin and loot the Sands of the Mystic for his epic...

So, we put out the call and in true <Anonymous> fashion, we had a raid force in no time.

So, we pulled that smelly ape off of his island and and we put the smackdown on him. In no time at all, he was dead and Sereh looted the Sands of the Mystics.

Over the last few days, I have been communicating with other raiding guilds in an attempt to get in on the Sky action. After killing Eejag five times in a row on Halloween night, we have several people at the Gwan part of the monk epic quest. On Thursday nights, Sky belongs to <Taken>. After chatting with their leadership, they generously allowed us to take Gwan last night.

So, after killing the Tangrin, a group of us ported up to Sky to go after Gwan for Woton's epic. Woton spawned him and this time he didn't get flung off of the island! Nicely done, Woton!

We engaged him and killed him and Woton got the loot!

Dogofwarjr has a baby monk that he wants to get an epic for. He had done every part of the monk epic quest up to Gwan and looted it all with Dog for a later MQ. He logged on right after we killed Gwan for Woton. So, the group of us decided to camp out our toons on Island 1.5 and log them in again in 2 hours when the presence (used to spawn Gwan) respawns.

Dog found himself a ride up to Sky and got himself to Island 1.5. A little less than two hours after we killed Gwan, the presence spawned. We all logged back in the toons we had left on Island 1.5 and were ready to go.

Dog did his turn in and Gwan spawned.

We worked that boy over and I could swear I heard him screaming for mercy. We showed him none and killed him. Dog looted his corpse and we all cheered and told each other how awesome we were!

Dog can be kind of persuasive when he wants to be and he talked most of us into going with him right then to see if the sleeping ogre of Nurga was up. He was and he conned indifferent to Dog. Dog was about to do the turn in to get Trunt to spawn when I made the mistake of sitting my purple clad butt down next to him. Apparently the sleeping ogre does not like it when I sit next to him because he jumped up and started attacking me.

I rooted him and we all relogged. After doing so, we conned him and now we were KOS to him. You have to be indifferent to do the turn in. So, Dog went over to the sleeping ogre and opened a trade window. Once the window was open, Calyan hit him with a Camouflage and Dog completed the turn in.

Trunt appeared and started attacking Dog. Dog held aggro, Woton provided melee DPS, Vaear's pet provided melee DPS and Vaear himself liched me, Calyan (the druid) tossed spot heals whereever he could, and I was main heals. Spells were not landing on Trunt. My mana started getting low when both Calyan and Vaear reported they were OOM. I only had enough mana for one more Complete Healing when Trunt turned and started trying to run away. We let out a cheer and (a sigh of relief) and chased after him to finish the job!

We killed that ogre and Dog looted his head. Woot! We all agreed to kill Trunt on Friday for Woton and camped out our toons at his spawn spot.

Yesterday, I logged on Carkle in an unusual place. Carkle was in Nurga facing a sleeping ogre's spawnpoint and he was spawned! I quickly remembered that we had killed Trunt the previous evening for Dogofwarjr and I had left Carkle there so we could kill him again for Woton's epic.

I checked and Woton was on and so was one of our big tanks so I announced to the guild our intentions and I requested a raid force. In no time flat, there was a Raid force facing a sleeping ogre all with the <Anonymous> guild tag above their heads. Well... all but one. Dog's friend, Braq, came along for the kill. Thanks Braq!

This kill was much easier than the one the night before and we murdered him so so so fast! Woton looted Trunt's head amid the cheers and well wishes of the entire guild AND Dog's friend, Braq!

A while later, Ademi mentioned that Phinigel Atropos was up and requested a raid force to kill him. <Anonymous> assembled in Kedge mind-numbingly fast. It was probably our fastest assemble ever! And in Kedge of all places!

So, we all made our way to Phinny's room and prepared for the kill. I am not sure what happened. We tried to kill him 3-4 times and we died every time. We initially tried to engage him toe to toe. That was a massive disaster. Then we tried several times to have a lucky volunteer engage his seahorses and then gate to zone. That failed, too. I have been the puller several times and have never failed. But we failed every time yesterday. So weird!

<Anonymous> had a date with <Bregan D'Aerth> for Sky so we had to leave Phinny up to go and meet them. <Bregan D'Aerth> were fantastic hosts and we got lots and lots of drops! Thanks so much to Chest and the rest of <Bregan D'Aerth>! We had a great time!

Woton was ready for his epic kill so <Anonymous> gathered in Lake of Ill Omen and prepared for the fight! Deep and Vorash were spawned. The battle was fierce but in a short amount of time, Vorash was dead and Xenovorash was spawned!

He didn't last long either. When <Anonymous> decides something needs to die. It doesn't live long. And Xenovorash did not live long!

Gratz Woton on your Demon Fangs and epic!

That big gorilla keeps popping and <Anonymous> keeps having enchanters who want to see him dead. So... The call went out that the Tangrin had been sighted in the Field of Bone. Several Anonymites made the trip out there to help Tsenor kill the Tangrin and claim the Sands of the Mystics.

They pulled the Tangrin off of his island and engaged him and in a very short amount of time, he was dead! Go <Anonymous>! And grats Tsenor!

Ademi checked on Phinigel Atropos and that slimy fish man was spawned! Just about every pet caster in <Anonymous> gathered to kill him. And me, of course... I just enjoy epic kills.

After our failed attempt at killing Phinny on Friday, I had come up with a slightly modified strategy for this attempt. Calyan (one of our druids) charmed a shark. From the entrance to Phinny's room, he sic-ed it on one of Phinny's guardians and then Calyan gated to zone line. After Phinny's guardians killed Calyan's pet, they took off towards the entrance to destroy Calyan. In the meantime, Maori (monk of <Inglourious Basterds>) engaged Phinny and pulled him to our position.

<Anonymous>'s 56 warrior, Dogofwarjr, got an idea in his head to start a monk and outfit him with an epic at an absurdly low level. He mentioned the idea to me and I was all for it. Dog is one of those folks who raids all of the time with us but rarely every asks for anything.

So, over the last month or more, <Anonymous> has been killing epic monk mobs and letting Dog (the warrior) be one of the lucky recipients of their loot. He looted the Robe of the Lost Circle off of Brother Qwinn. He looted a Charred Scale off of Eejag. He turned that in to a presence in Sky to spawn Gwan and he looted his Breath of Gwan. He turned that in to the sleeping ogre to spawn Trunt and he looted Trunt's head. He turned that in to Astral Projection (in the Overthere) to get Eye of Kairen.

We did it perfectly so that everything was on Dog except for the Demon Fangs from Xenovorash.

On Sunday, Dog noticed that Astral Projection (in Lake of Ill Omen) was spawned. He ran his baby monk over to his spawn spot and camped him out. Then he logged on Dog and let us all know that he was popped.

We assembled a mighty enclave of mostly Anonymites (that is what I have started to refer to us as) and also a friend or two from another guild. We only had one cleric (me) which made me nervous but we had an absolutely massive amount of DPS! Go <Anonymous>!

Dog turned in the Eye of Kaiaren to Astral Projection. He despawned and was replaced by Deep and Vorash. Our bard, Drona, ran Deep off while we put the beat down on Vorash. Once Vorash was dead, Xenovorash spawned! We tore into him like a middle-aged bald man tears into a bag of Teriyaki flavored Beef Jerky and he was gone about as quick as that Beef Jerky would be gone!

One of our guys in the exp group locked down the corpse while Dog logged off his warrior and logged on his level 18 monk, Stilton. Stilton looted the corpse and got the Demon Fangs!

Dog went to Trakanon's Teeth and did all of his turn ins and then did the final turn in on Stilton to get his epic! Woot Dog / Stilton and woot <Anonymous>!

I know the title of this post sounds poetic. Romantic. Wistful even. Well, the event it is describing wasn't. It was raw, dirty, sweaty, and it all went down for <Anonymous> in the Oasis of Marr...

See... This is what happened.

One of <Anonymous>'s enchanters, Mylen, was traveling through the Oasis of Marr one day when she saw Cazel lumbering by. And he was carrying a spoon. That sparked a memory and Mylen remembered that she needed a spoon for her epic.

Now, a normal person in that situation would just go to the nearest inn and give them a few coppers for a spoon. Or just not return the spoon after eating their food. But not Mylen, she decided to make this way harder than it had to be. So, she called up her guildies in <Anonymous> and told us that Cazel had something she absolutely needed and begged us to kill him. Which we did. Then she pulls a spoon off of him. Needless to say, we were a bit miffed. I personally felt about as annoyed as I did when I found out that celebrities are giving their children names like "Apple" and "North".

The server respawned the other night and since then every time I pass by Neriak, I see Kirak Vil (Paladin Epic mob) spawned. That would be great but <Anonymous> never has a Paladin on at the time to loot him if we did kill him. Yesterday I told <Anonymous> in Guild chat that he was popped. This was primarily to see if we had any Paladins logged on but in hiding. None responded however somebody suggested we kill him so we can MQ the drop.

GENIUS!

So, <Anonymous> quickly assembled a small raid force (that was all we needed). While we were assembling, Quaan logged on. He is a high level Paladin. We asked him to come and loot the drop once we killed Kirak Vil. So, we waited a couple of minutes for Quaan to arrive.

Once he did, we attacked Kirak Vil. The fight lasted longer than I remembered it taking but we took him down with no problems and Quaan got his loot. Yay!

It was raid night. We had heard that Europa had mostly cleared Fear but that there were still some mobs spawned. So, <Anonymous> gathered at Fear and cleared it. The only mobs left were the ones that drop the SK gear and the ones that drop the Pally gear. The SK Breastplate dropped and rotted and the Pally boots dropped and rotted. What a waste! But a fun time!

We still had some time to kill and a desire to raid so we looked for another target to kill. I checked and neither the Advisor nor Black Dire were spawned in Mistmoore. So, <Anonymous>'s Shaman, Ardg, will just need to wait for another day.

Southpaws mentioned that he still needed to kill Gwan in Plane of Sky. We checked with <Divinity> and they said they left Gwan alone and that we could have him. So, <Anonymous> sent a single group to kill him. Gwan had more HPs than our cleric had mana and the group wiped. So, I brought up Carkle and on our second attempt, we wiped him.

Last night, <Anonymous> felt like getting our Fear on so Oteso ran to the Feerrott and jumped through the Fear portal to see if it was popped. Within seconds, Oteso was back at his bind spot but without all of his gear. Fear was popped!

We put out the <Anonymous> assemble and Guildies started traveling from the Four Corners of Norrath to meet us at the Fear portal. Before we could all get there, <Divinity> had assembled at the portal. We called a raid cancellation but we were a little down because our shaman, Feldust, is only lacking his Iksar Tear off of one of the golems in Fear before we can do his epic.

I contacted Drakakade of <Divinity> and asked him whether they needed the Iksar Tears because we had a shaman who needed it. He said, they did not need it and that we could send our shaman with them to loot it. He also agreed that we could loot the gear that dropped for SKs, Pallies, and Wizards.

So, Feldust, Oteso (wizard), Kiithsa (wizard), and I on my Shadow Knight accompanied <Divinity> into Fear. Banindor (paladin) was going to come but he was close to 46 but not quite there yet.

<Divinity> was AOE clearing the zone and within minutes, Feldust had his Iksar Tear! Yay Feldust! Yay <Divinity>! And Go <Anonymous>!

Wizard loot dropped and Oteso and Kiithsa decided between them who got to loot it.

Another Iksar Tear dropped and <Divinity> awesomely allowed Oteso to loot that second one for a future Shaman epic MQ! Yay <Divinity> and Go <Anonymous>!

Banindor told us in Guild Chat that he had just dinged and asked us if he could still come to Fear. We told him to hurry!

Banindor showed up just as the pally gear started dropping and he got the Valorium Greaves and Valorium Bracers!

Thanks for allowing us to be your guests <Divinity> and thanks for the loots!

I logged off for a while and when I logged on later, I logged on a ranger to check on Black Dire for Ardg. Tracking in Mistmoore said he was up! I got really excited and I checked to see whether Ardg was logged on. He was! I sent a message in Guild Chat asking for Ardg and others to come to Mistmoore so we could kill Black Dire for Ardg.

Right as I was pressing the ENTER key, my eye glanced at Tracking and I noticed that several high level guildies (including Ardg) were already in Mistmoore. I waited for the inevitable and <Anonymous> didn't let me down. I spent the next few minutes listening to Guildies playfully mock me because Ardg and other high level guildies had just killed the Advisor to spawn Black Dire and were about to engage him.

Guild Leaders get no respect these days.

So, I ran over there and got there in time to help kill Black Dire. Gratz Ardg on your new killer Shaman clickie SOW boots and Go <Anonymous>!

Last night <Anonymous> was ready to hit the Plane of Hate except we were down one tank. This whole server has a tank shortage... Where are you guys?!?!?!

So, we contacted our former guildie, Foggon. He is a level 60 Warrior (now in <Divinity>) and we asked him if he'd like to head with us to Hate. He agreed to come so we issued the <Anonymous> Assemble request. In a very short time we had a 4 group raid force assembled. We organized the groups so the highest level healers, CC, and Foggon were in the first two groups up.

We ported up and we were almost immediately besieged by two spite golmes and several other mobs. It is extremely rare to encounter two spite golems at zone in. The clerics desperately tried to camp out while everybody else tried to kill and mez. Trixsie and Honorability made it out, but the mobs were on me so I gated to my my bind spot in WC.

I was ported up and died. Then rezzed and died. All of the clerics up there were dead. Things were looking bleak when one lone voice says, "I'm FD and I have an Essence Emerald on me." It was Notepad! Our trusty Necromancer. Hurray!

We had Notepad stand up to see if anything aggroed on him. Nothing did. We had him keep standing there a while to see if any roamers would aggro on him. Nothing did. So, we had him pull my geared corpse to his exact location and rez me.

I showed up in Plane of Hate expecting instant aggro and instant death. Nothing happened, so I quickly looted my clickie, started summoning corpses to my location, and started rezzing them. In no time at all, I was surrounded by a raid force again. Woot!

We recovered and <Anonymous engaged the enemy again.

It started to get late and this Guild full of <Anonymous> casual raiders started to get sleepy. So, a little while later we called it a night.

A few days ago, <Anonymous>'s shaman, Feldust, got an Iksar Tear. Thanks again, <Divinity>! Tonight we decided to kill Lord Rak'Ashiir and claim Feldust's epic!

So, <Anonymous gathered at the moat in the City of Mist and started pulling mobs out of the castle. We worked our way through Black Reaver after Black Reaver. Mob after mob. Until finally, Lord Rak'Ashiir himself spawned. Feldust turned in his Iksar Tear and as often happens, he was splattered by Lord Rak'Ashiir.

Dogofwarjr, our warrior, immediately grabbed aggro. We engaged Lord Rak'Ashiir and put the beatdown on him. I was playing a ranger at the time and I played my role well and died very quickly. Those ranger epics grab aggro like nobody's business!

<Anonymous> killed Lord Rak'Ashiir and got Feldust rezzed in time to loot his Iksar Scale.

Sometimes we have nights where we start working on epics and we just can't stop! We decided to take this raid force on the road and go finish off some other epic mobs.

Our first stop after Lord Rak'Ashiir was Southern Karana where we prepared ourselves to kill Brother Qwinn. Our monk, Rrobur, needed his robe for his epic.

We wiped a couple of times due to miscommunication and mistaken keypresses. These are things we need to work on, I guess. The good news is that we got Brother Qwinn killed!

We thought we'd do Brother Z so we could claim his Robe of the Lost Circle for another monk but Hasten Bootstrutter was spawned instead. Who in the world wants that dude spawned?!?!?!

We decided to kill one more epic mob, so we teleported to Southern Desert of Ro and ran north to the Oasis of Marr. <Anonymous> assembled at the gypsy camp and we pulled Cazel. And we killed Cazel. Fast! He went down faster than an epic ranger does while fighting Lord Rak' Ashiir!

Southpaws needed Trunt's head for his epic, so <Anonymous> headed to the Mines of Nurga in search of a sleeping ogre. We wandered past goblins then spiders. And then we spotted him laying on the ground in a supine position.

We started forming groups and summoning pets and I took it upon myself to bind myself in case the fight went bad. Unfortunately instead of casting the Bind Affinity spell, I casted the Gate spell and was whisked away to Burning Wood right outside of Chardok.

It was quite embarrassing having the raid force waiting on me as I found my way back there.

I finally made it back and when I did, I decided this force needed a pep talk. So, I told them "Trunt hits like a mack truck and there is a good chance we will lose". Reverse psychology! The guild felt like they had to prove me wrong and prove me wrong they did!

In my all of years playing this game and raiding, rarely have I seen the tenacity and ferociousness I saw when <Anonymous> tore into Trunt. I truly believe he did not know what hit him.

That was a joke! Since when does <Anonymous> not get up to much?!?!?!?!

Last night, I was at the local Jason's Deli with the wife and kids trying to keep one kid from sticking her ice cream in another kid's hair when I received a text from Hawkai (one of the Officers of <Anonymous>). Fear was popped and we were forming up for the break in! Woot!

I got home, put the kids in bed, and logged on my Shadow Knight. He needs some sweet Planar loots!

Barkle was SOW-ed and in EC tunnel and <Anonymous> had successfully finished the break in! Go <Anonymous>!

I decided to run to the Plane of Fear since all of our porters were already there raiding. As I ran, the officers were linking loot in Guild Chat.

I finally arrived and joined in the fun!

And we did more fighting!

Lots of planar loot dropped and we spawned two Iksar Broodlings! Sepheric and Ardg were on hand to loot them! Woot!

We cleared all of the mobs but the mobs in the ring of fire. We decided that in the time it took us to clear all of those mobs, we could have finished one of our shaman's epics.

So, we packed up the guild in the station wagon and took a drive over to the City of Mist in the Emerald Jungle.

<Anonymous> got set up at the moat and we started pulling out Black Reavers. This was the quickest reaver pulling session we have ever had and in less than 10 minutes, we had spawned Lord Rak'Ashiir. Wow!

This was the fastest / safest we have ever killed Lord Rak'Ashiir, too. Within 30 seconds of Sepheric turning in the Iksar Tear, Lord Rak'Ashiir was dead. <Anonymous> suffered no casualties!

Sepheric looted the Scale and went off to do his turn in. This morning, I received a postcard from him. Apparently, he and Berry decided to hit the beach after all of that work getting the Shaman epic.

Last night (in what might be considered a "rare meeting of minds"), the Guild assembled to help an <Anonymous> Paladin and an <Anonymous> Shadow Knight each do their final kill for their level 49 spell.

<Anonymous> started on the shore of the lake in West Commonlands. Our paladin, Banindor, had traveled all over the face of Norrath collecting the remains of a fallen paladin and had sealed them in A Gem Encrusted Casket. <Anonymous> watched as Banindor turned A Gem Encrusted Casket in to Simon Aldicott.

All of a sudden, A Tortured Revenant spawned and <Anonymous> found themselves in a fight to the death. <Anonymous> fought like griffins and presently, A Tortured Revenant was dead and Banindor was in possession of his Holy Might spell!

It was getting late and Anonymous had one more job to do, so they quickly raced down to the Mountains of Rathe. They set up just south of the zone line to the Feerrott and waited for Garignaq to turn in the Pulsating Hyacinth Telesm to Kazzel D'Leryt. Right when Kazzel got his hands on the turn in, monstrous zombie spawned and attacked! <Anonymous> attacked back with a vengeance!

Last night, <Anonymous> gathered once again in the City of Mist for a Shaman epic kill. This time the lucky recipient was going to be Ardg!

Our monk, Wiked, started expertly pulling Black Reavers and other trash mobs from the Castle. <Anonymous> pummeled everything he pulled us until they were dead!

Ardg calmed his nerves and did his turn in. I think Ardg thought he was supposed to turn it in like you would a suppository (if you catch my drift) because whatever he did made Lord Rak'Ashiir really mad and he started trying to kill him!

Our paladin (Banindor) snapped aggro onto himself and <Anonymous> went to town on Lord Rak'Ashiir. It didn't take long before we were all "Wooting"... Lord Rak'Ashiir was dead!

Ardg looted his scale and showed us how joyful he was with a big cheer!

On an interesting side note... After everybody had dispersed, I went back to Lord Rak'Ashiir's corpse to try and locate the Child's Tear that Ardg turned in to Lord Rak'Ashiir. I could not locate it. Truth be told, there were some places that I refused to stick my hand in and look. I believe this confirms my earlier suspicions regarding the manner in which Ardg turned it in to Lord Rak'Ashiir. No wonder Lord Rak'Ashiir got so angry so quickly. Now I feel guilty that we killed him.

On Saturday night, <Anonymous> decided to take down the scourge of Kithicor Forest... General V' ghera!

Tyrroin had a sealed box so <Anonymous> met in Kithicor Forest and prepared for battle!

Our expert puller, Wiked, started pulling Dark Elves to our location and <Anonymous> started killing them. One at a time (sometimes two at a time) the Dark Elves were killed until there was just one Dark Elf left. Tyrroin turned a Sealed Box into that Dark Elf and General V' Ghera spawned and boy...was he was angry!

It was a frightening run but Wiked and Tyrroin were able to get General V' ghera and his friend back to our camp. General V' ghera hits like a Mack truck and I worried that our tank would crumple under the onslaught but he was more than up to the task. Nobody sent me any screenshots from that night but I believe this image I found on the internet accurately describes the mayhem and tension of that battle...

Promptly, <Anonymous> had General V' ghera dead. The rogue epic items were looted and to our frustration, he did not have the Edge of the Nightwalker... Poop!

not a creature was stirring, because they were all cleared!

I just received screenshots so I am updating this to include them.

It was a great night for <Anonymous> tonight! <Anonymous> assembled to tackle the Plane of Fear. We gathered outside of the portal and when everybody was ready, we stormed through the portal and immediately made a break for the west wall.

The mobs were on us like white on rice and it started to get hairy there for a minute but <Anonymous> got hairier and soon we had the zone under control and the farming began!

<Anonymous> waited in Lake of Ill Omen at Astral Projection while Southpaws did the turn in. When he did, Astral Projection disappeared and was replaced by Vorash and Deep. We split-pulled Vorash to the Raid force and promptly beat him to a pulp!

Then we took on Xenovorash and <Anonymous> creamed him, too!

I had Keir meet me in East Commonlands yesterday so I could slap an <Anonymous> tag over his head. When he did, I noticed that he did not have his epic. Interesting... I asked him how far he was on his epic quest and he said that he was at Black Dire. After playing around knee deep in remote Velious snow drifts for the last few days, I really wanted to do something more familiar. I asked him if he had time to kill Black Dire right now and he said he did.

So, we checked on him and Black Dire was not up...however...an Advisor was! Even better!

<Anonymous> supplied a small raid force (a ranger, a bard, a druid, and a shaman) and we went to Mistmoore to kill an Advisor.

I entered the castle and killed an Advisor and then I ran back down to Black Dire's spawnpoint...and there he was in all of his wolfy glory! We knew with our diminutive raid force, there was no way we could kill him AND the blood wolves so we used a combination of Harmony and zoning to get Black Dire alone.

The Black Dire may be a spirit wolf but <Anonymous> tore into him like Cazel on an afk Oasis lowbie. With not a minute to spare, Black Dire was dead! Keir looted his pelt and was off to turn it in for his boots! Congratulations Keir! How was that for your first hour in <Anonymous>?

The evening rolled around and after four days throwing of snowballs at each other in Velious, <Anonymous> wanted to raid! And so did every other raiding guild.

The Planes were taken so we decided to look at our list of epics that people needed help with. Aah! Dekayd needed Kazen Fecae killed for his necro epic drop.

So, <Anonymous> traveled to Lake Rathetear and set up our forces facing Kazen Fecae and his buddy Emkel Kabae. Kazen is terribly tough and his buddy Emkel is a royal pain, too. We came up with a strategy for dealing with them a few weeks ago that we decided to use last night.

So, we got every pet caster we could find to summon or charm a pet and we positioned them next to Kazen Fecae.

We put all of the tanks, melee, and healers near Emkel Kabae.

The two <Anonymous> teams engaged their mobs. The pet casters kept Kazen distracted while the tanks, melees, and healers killed Emkel. Once Emkel was dead, the tanks, melees, and healers engaged Kazen Fecae and it became readily apparent that the tanks we had on the raid (two pallies) were not going to be able to handle the back to back 1400 hp nukes that Kazen casts.

As we were deciding what to do next, our 56 warrior (Dogofwarjr) logged in. Woot! We rushed his behind to join the raid force and <Anonymous> engaged Kazen Fecae again. Kazen was quickly dead, followed by a bone golem, then a failed apprentice. All dead!

Dekayd got the necro epic drop and Walse won the roll on the Twisted Bone Earring that dropped! Gratz you two and Go <Anonymous>!

It was Saturday night and <Anonymous> had met in West Commonlands for some meditation. We were all sitting around the Wizard spire in a lotus position, humming and feeling at peace with the universe and all living things when somebody said, "Hey let's go savagely kill stuff in the Plane of Hate and steal their loot!" I shrugged my shoulders and said, "Why not?!?!" <Anonymous> Officers said, "Why not?!?!" and pretty soon we were all saying, "Why not??!?!"

So, we all ported up to the Plane of Hate.

It was strangely quiet in the Plane of Hate...eerie even. We knew that it would be because it had not been eight hours since it was last cleared. More like 7 hours and 45 minutes. We prepared our groups and waited for repops to happen.

We didn't have to wait long for the repops to happen. They were on us and <Anonymous> was fighting tooth and nail. We fought back fiercely and cleared our way to the Maestro room.

No. We do not offer powerleveling or gear to prospective guildies. There are lots of casual leveling guilds out there with whom you can level up and acquire gear.

Last night the urge to raid hit us something fierce so <Anonymous> just had to raid the Plane of Fear!

<Anonymous> assembled outside of the Fear portal and we got ourselves psyched up! We were so psyched up we were foaming at the mouths!

We quickly got control over the situation and the battle started to turn in our favor. We killed Wraith of Shissar! Gratz Kaehlan!

We killed Fright, Dread, and Terror however we only got one Child's Tear. Gratz Flubula!

And <Anonymous> got a bunch of Planar loots! Our big winners were Padrig (4 pieces of druid gear including BP), Haela (4 pieces of pally loot including greaves), and Shaznit (2 pieces of cryosilk)! Also gratz to Lyth, Ilxoxll, Latina, Ginnas, and Hawkai on their new loot! Everybody looked pretty awesome all decked out in their new gear!

Last night, during <Anonymous>'s weekly prostate checks in EC tunnel (I told you...we care DEEPLY), somebody happened to notice that Hawkai's hair was completely infested with lice. We immediately started blasting his head with spells. We tried DD, healing, and DOTs... None of them were working. And Hawkai was scratching so much we considered putting a cone over his head.

We all pondered what to do and finally Kronouss came up with an idea. He said, "Hey... Let's take him to Lavastorm and have him swim in the lava." That idea sounded as good as anything else we had tried so we decided to go for it.

<Anonymous> raced to Lavastorm and threw Hawkai into the lava pit near Sol B. The lice immediately died and the steam was wonderfully soothing for Hawkai's scratched up skin.

While Hawkai was bathing, he noticed Eejag floating at the bottom of the lava pit and shouted in surprise, "Hey! Eejag's down there!" At that moment, we all realized that Kronouss had conned us! He was more concerned about having us kill his epic mob than helping Hakwai's lice-ridden scalp! Dirty pull Kronouss!

We figured since we had the guild there already, killing Eejag would be much more fun than just continuing our weekly prostate checks. So, we dived down into the lava and took the fight to Eejag at the bottom of the pit. We felt like we were burning alive but in a very short time, Eejag was dead and Kronouss had looted his scale. Gratz Kronouss!

Since we were already there, we decided to kill Plasmatic Priest in Temple of Solusek Ro for Tarrin (one of our clerics). <Anonymous> knows this fight very well now and we had lots of people there, so Plasmatic Priest lasted approximately 3.5 seconds and then we looted his Blood Soaked Plasmatic Priest Robe and laughed at him. Gratz Tarrin!

When <Anonymous> starts to raid, we don't like to stop! We were looking for something else to kill and realized that Bigfat the shaman was completely factioned and had his Child's Tear! Time for another shaman epic kill! Away to City of Mist we went.

<Anonymous> got set up and Wiked started pulling Black Reavers to us. We killed Black Reaver after Black Reaver until finally Lord Rak'Ashiir popped. Bigfat did his turn in and then we engaged him and gave him a severe beat down. He died. Splat! Gratz on the new epic Bigfat!

Hawkai (feeling like a new man after his weekly prostate check and lice removal) did a Tracking and saw that Neh'Ashiir was spawned! Holy crap! So, <Anonymous> ran to the temple and jumped from the pennant to the 2nd floor. Well, most of us did. We had a bunch of little folks whose legs just didn't have the strength to get them up there.

So, Wiked (being the helpful man he is) jumped back down from the 2nd floor and murdered all of the little people. You heard me right. He tried to act like he was doing them a favor but he seemed awfully gleeful about it. Sadistic bastage.

We pulled the corpses of the little people to the second floor and resurrected them. As soon as they were ready to get moving, we fought our way to Neh'Ashiir's room at the top of City of Mist. And there he was.

<Anonymous> tore into him like an old man with incontinence tears into a bag of Depends and soon enough, Neh'Ashiir was dead! The torch was looted by Toller and we all slapped each other on the backs for a job well done! Gratz Toller!

It was raid night last night and the planes were taken. Another guild would have said... "Oh well, let's all log out and play dominoes." But not <Anonymous>!

The other night in the Plane of Fear, Flubula looted a Child's Tear off of an iksar maiden. We decided there was no time like the present to get him his epic. So, off to the City of Mist <Anonymous> flew.

We arrived in the City of Mist and organized into groups and prepared for battle.

Without fear or hesitation, Wiked started pulling Black Reavers to us and <Anonymous> started to kill them. One at a time and on a few occasions, two at a time.

We tore into him as we yelled, "For the honor of Grayskull, we have the power!" We evaded his AOE flames and shortly he was dead! Flubula looted the iksar scale and turned it in for his epic! Gratz Flubula!

<Anonymous> wasn't done yet. We ported the guild out to North Karana and ran down to South Karana. <Anonymous> lined up on the bridge and prepared to do battle. Our ranger, Laylu, scouted the location of Brother Qwinn for us, found him, and pulled him to the raid force. Brother Qwinn was mad! Our monk, Wiked, tanked him for us and in a surprisingly short amount of time, Brother Qwinn was dead and Grishnahk looted his Robe of the Lost Circle! Gratz Grishnahk!

We saw Brother Zephyl spawned in Rathe Mountains before the raid so we decided to get a second Robe of the Lost Circle... This one would be for Kronouss. By the time <Anonymous> arrived in Rathe Mountains, Brother Zephyl was nowhere to be seen but Hasten was spawned. Sorry Kronouss... maybe next time.

Wait! Laylu spotted Rrarzar the emerald drake on Tracking! That's a Shadow Knight epic mob!!! So, we pulled Rrarzar to the raid force and we killed him dead! Gratz Kalandro!

Saturday night is usually raid night for <Anonymous>...did I ever mention that we love to raid?

Love to RAID!

Hate was taken and Fear was not set to re-pop for another hour so we decided to go finish Keir's epic. If you've been following our forum post, you'll remember that Keir was tagged about two and a half weeks ago and within an hour of his tagging, he had his epic Black Fur Boots.

So, <Anonymous> caught rides on Ejac Airlines and traveled from Karnors' Castle to Emerald Jungle. From there, we ran the rest of the way to the City of Mist.

<Anonymous> assembled at the Moat and once again, Wiked started pulling Black Reavers to us. They died and died and died. Over and over. Finally, Lord Rak'Ashiir appeared.

Keir steeled his nerves and approached Lord Rak'Ashiir on legs of jelly. He turned in the Child's Tear to him and Rak immediately attacked!

<Anonymous> grabbed aggro from Keir and put the absolute beat down on Lord Rak'Ashiir! It didn't take long before Rak was dead. Keir looted the iksar scale and left to get his epic! Woot Keir!

It was time for the Plane of Fear to repop so we quickly raced to Fear. We broke in and secured our camp on the west wall. Mobs started dying as quickly as they were pulled. Lots of loot dropped and people started looking all sexylike in their Planar digs.

We killed three Golems and had no iksar maidens spawn. Poop! We killed the Wraith of a Shissar and one of our enchanters looted Head of the Serpent for his epic quest! Woot! Here is a wiki image of the Wraith of a Shissar since the Anonymites have been too slack to send me screenshots.

Our raiding died down a bit in the Holidays but it would appear that <Anonymous> is back at it full force!

Saturday <Anonymous> decided to kill Lord Rak'Ashiir for Nimrot's shaman epic. That was a treat! Most shamans are ogres, barbarians, and iksar so it was awesome to kill Lord Rak for a troll!

<Anonymous> gathered in the City of Mist and prepared ourselves to do battle. It turned out that one of our guildies, Busto, was in the Moat group. When we started killing reavers and other mobs, Busto brought his group over and joined in the fun. Thanks for the help guys!

Sunday night, the Plane of Hate was empty. <Anonymous> was assembled quickly and we were 10 minutes from porting up into the Plane of Hate when we noticed that <Indignation> was now in Hate en masse. They literally beat us by minutes. Nicely done, <Indignation>!

I ran down to Feerrott to check on the Plane of Fear and there was 158 people in the Feerrott. Clearly Cazic Thule was about to pop. <Anonymous> has no desire to get enmeshed in CT politics so I continued running and zoned into Rathe Mountains. I searched his usual path but did not see Brother Zephyl anywhere.

Since Brother Zephyl was not up, we decided to head into the Hole to find and kill the Ghost of Kindle for a couple of our enchanters. Before we did that, I checked Southern Karana to see if Brother Qwinn was spawned. I initially could not find Brother Qwinn and told <Anonymous> he was not up but I eventually found him and notified the guild.

<Anonymous> arrived quickly and in no time we were ready to engage. I pulled Brother Qwinn back to the raid force and we went to town on him. We absolutely pummeled the life out of him!

And then he was dead and our relatively new monk, Busto, got his Robe of the Lost Circle! Gratz Gusto!

I mentioned the Hole, right? Just because we sidetracked to kill Brother Qwinn, didn't mean we weren't going into the Hole. So, we did. We ventured deep into the Hole. Down past the drop off. Past the Castle. Past the City. Past the docks. Past the waterfall and down to the crypt. We started pulling from the crypt and it was frightening. We never wiped. Never came close to it but we had corpses that needed to be rezzed.

We finally cleared our way to the Ghost of Kindle, we killed him, and Kaehlan looted Essence of a Ghost! Gratz Kaehlan!

We stuck around and finally the Ghost of Kindle respawned, we killed him again, and this time Migs looted the Essence of a Ghost! Gratz Migs!

The night was still youngish so we decided to hit the Plane of Hate!

We quickly ported up to the Plane of Hate and it was not long before we were under attack by mobs on each side.

It was nasty. It was scary. It was frightening.

<Anonymous> felt a hankering to do the Plane of Hate again so we gathered in South Ro to prepare for the port up. While we were preparing to port up, Migs (one of our enchanters) mentioned to us that Cazel was up! And Migs needed the spoon for his epic. So... a portion of the raid force made the run up to Oasis to engage Cazel and steal his spoon.

It didn't take long before <Anonymous> had Cazel crying for his mommy.

<Anonymous> was ready to port up to Hate. Group after Group vanished from the wizard spire until it was left empty.

We landed in the Plane of Hate and it immediately started getting scary. <Anonymous> fought and fought and strained and strained.

It was going well but <Anonymous> did eventually wipe when some key classes started getting warped around the zone. Luckily our clerics and some others were able to camp out and our monks and necros were able to feign death.

We got back on our feet pretty quickly and managed to clear the zone! Great loot dropped...like two cleric Breastplates and an epic Mage staff!

<Anonymous> had a great time and absolutely cleaned up on the loot!

Well those <Anonymous> kids have been at it again. They've been hitting the Plane of Hate hard for weeks and weeks now and they have accumulated lots and lots of Book of Souls. They had so many books they were starting to look like a freaking library! A library in Hate that is...

So... what does one do with all of these books? You go and spawn the General bunches of times in a row and kill him bunches of times in a row!

<Anonymous> traveled to Kithicor Forest and set up the raid force at Rivervale zone line and prepared for pulls.

Dark Elves started being pulled to camp and they were each charmed and used to spawn the General.

He told us about an amazing quest... He called it "the quest for the Spear of Fate". We all scoffed at him and figured that there was more than just tobacco in his pipe.

None of us were interested but Aard, our shaman. He said, "What the hell..." And off he went with the old man in gray. The next time we saw Aard he had returned to the Shire to beg our help in killing his nemesis. We all expected that his nemesis would be a floating fiery eye on top of a tower...

But it turned out to be an iksar ghost named, "Lord Rak'Ashiir". We were already there and bloodthirsty so we decided to go ahead and kill him. The fight was pretty easy and Lord Rak'Ashiir was quickly dead!

Aard searched the corpse expecting to find a ring (for some reason) but only found an Iksar scale. He took the Iksar Scale and showed it to a few of his Spirit Wolf pals and one of them gave him an extra Spear of Fate they had lying around... Awesome!

Oh... and then we went and killed Xenovorash for Busto's epic.

Another busy night for Anonymous (anonymous.guildlaunch.com/index.php). We started off with a couple General kills and like always, not a single quill dropped! What a stingy bastard!!
After that we headed to South Karana and paid Brother Qwinn a visit and he dropped with ease.
While we were next to Lake Rathe, we went and gave Kazen Fecae a little visit.
