Life leech quest broken/unimplemented

The life leech quest seems to be broken or unimplemented.

Kazzel D`Leryt is spawned and wanders, but does not respond to hails from anyone, even level 50s.

Xenyari Lisariel is not spawned, should be always up and wandering around the northwestern part of rathe mountains near the unkempt druids.

Darfumpel Zirubbel is spawned and responds to hails, but I havent had the balls to try to hand kazzel 2kpp to see if i can get the hyacinth to turn in to darfumpel.

Finally found proof that life leech went in before kunark:

went in 1/20/2000, well before kunark's release


call of flames and divine might also went in at the same time



this was after the release of sky, but before the release of paineel i believe (which is already out at this point) so i guess its implementation is at the mercy of the devs for whenever they feel like it should go in
