Lag in Tower of Frozen Shadow

I don't see a "general bugs" section, so I'll just post this here.

On multiple occasions today when running around the first level of Tower of Frozen Shadow I've encountered pretty bad lag. When I run through a hallway, or into a new room, etc. I'll get a couple seconds of stuttering/lag. A friend of mine was also encountering the same issue on the first floor as well, but not upper floors. I don't have the problem in other zones or areas.

Actually it happens on other floors as well. Random bursts of lag. Doesn't happen to me in any other zones.

I spent a lot of time in ToFS over last couple of days. The freezing only seems to happen on first three levels.

I am gettin a lot of freezing on third lvl at the moment. Seems to happen when turning corners or running down hallways with statues on the sides.
