Guards go funkytown junior when someone casts Ignite Bones on them but fails to kill em. When their model reverts from skeleton back to regular type, they take on the appearance of redshirt merchants. Also, they aren't the only model to behave this way. Ice giants will become a much smaller-sized cyclops model as Ignite Bones wears off.
