Did a search on "double mana cost" but yielded no results.
I'm not sure how widespread this issue is, but Minor Healing on my ranger (he's level 20) very often costs 20 mana instead of 10. As a ranger I do a ton of self-healing. Because of the quick casting time it's very easy to cast, sit, look for the med tick and then recast. I would estimate that about 25% of the time it costs 20 mana. Sometimes I recover the 10 "lost" mana as if the client is correcting itself but often I sit and only gain my normal meditation amount (which happens to be 10 mana at level 20). I can easily recreate this in-game probably within about 5 minutes, it happens that often.
I've not really paid attention as to whether this happens with any of my other spells as I don't chain cast those. But with Minor Healing at least it definitely seems to happen in phases. It's not like my first cast costs 20 mana, the second 10 and then the third back up to 20. It seems to happen for minutes at a time and then suddenly stops.
