Feverblade - Bane of the Shissar is procing a 110dd and then healing the target over time.
Working as intended.
After looking at the velious spell data, I can support this as being completely confirmed. That's a bugged spell, and would heal the mob for the amount of dot it's supposed to do. It wouldn't function as a lifetap because it's missing the required information and the target type is wrong. So it's working as intended at least through velious.
