FYI - You can make it through to Trooper Roklon, but regardless if you give him the order to sign with one two or three goblin scout beads he will deny and will steal the order on the second try. Duplicated this at least twice attempting to bypass the bug.:mad:

From what I can tell, on your first attempt, he took (and signed) the Legion Order and returned the next item to you. You subsequently turned it in again, and he ate it.

The Legion Order receives a different ID for each turn in, to distinguish what has been done with it. It appears it was working as intended, and you should have proceeded on to Trooper Selbat.

Thanks, the way the trooper replies it gives the impression it was a fail the first time.

quest npcs reply on each item turned in, even if theres 4 in the trade window they reply after the first, 2nd, 3rd, usually saying "Wheres the rest?" until he processes the final item then you should get your "success" message.

I concur with Vandelfzijl's experience. There is no "verbal" indication that Roklon signed the order -- if you miss the "You gained experience!!" message, then you hand him the newly signed one.
