Birthplace of halfling paladin

The area that new halfling paladin started is Tutorial Zone. Can't do anything here but log out. I miss RiverVale so much.

What other classes were added to existing races later on that weren't in classic?

I can think of a couple:

Halfling - Ranger
Halfling - Paladin
Barbarian/Ogre/Troll - Beastlord
Barbarian/Dwarf/Ogre/Troll - Berserkers

Did any other race/class combinations get added to the classic races that i'm unaware of?

Gnome SK was not in classic. Don't know about Gnome Paladin.
