Are these even dropping?

Asked a few other "farmers" of Lucan and they've never seen them either. I mean, I myself have killed/helped kill Lucan hundreds of times it seems (since like 2010~), and have only seen him drop his bondage and long swords.

Apparently they only dropped really early on (before or right as kunark arrived it seems like) back on Live. Not totally sure devs ever put them on the mob for p1999, but they did stop dropping fairly early on live during the classic eras.
