Cascade of Hail, perhaps all rain spells?

didnt test any other spells, because I don't0 have them. but Cascade of hail is only hitting once, instead of 3 times, and only hits 4 creatures, not all in range.. IDK if this is known issue or not or new.

3 mobs 1 time
4 mobs 1 time

working as intended if you only hit 4 once

Yep you get three waves or four hits, whichever comes first.
