Bard skill training

[Glitch]

On my little newbie bard, I can't seem to put points into Wind Instruments. When I attempt to do so, I get the message "You have learned the basics of Wind Instruments", and then it gives me a skill point in Meditate.

I tested putting a point into meditate, and naturally it's capped at 1 and won't allow me to put further points in.

I've talked to a few people and nobody has experienced this issue yet, so I assume it's somehow related to the tweaks to meditate in the patch last night.

So it looks like since the patch backstabs, monk training and bard training is messed up in some way. Anybody else have any training issues on different classes? Have not had a chance to log in today.

Same deal with cleric training. Tried to put points into dodge, got the same "you have learned the basics of dodge" message followed by a point in meditate.
