Mobs Run Speed Seems Way Fast

Pretty sure this is a bug related to the current sow buff from regular players.

Example in Seb, If you get agro and try to zone, you have zero chance as it is right now. Mobs run so fast they are constantly on you giving you 0 chance at zoning agro. Mobs seem to have selos speed.

Seems like a bug please fix.

This is after the server restart this morning? I've not tested in seb, but in outside zones the issue seems to have been resolved.

everything was normal for me and i ran through almost every kunark zone after the patch, but i never went in a dungeon

I just confirmed that in OT, Rhinos and other mobs were running at selos speed un-drummed.
