Backstab damage

I was backstabbing for 200+ last night and this morning after the patch I can't seem to backstab for more than 75 damage.

just tried training BS as a new lvl 10 and it will take points away but it wont raise the skill, give me the skill, or take any money out of my inventory; 10+ skill points tried

same problem here,
did bs for 52 or so before patch, now i am capped at 36 with same weapon.

20 rogue here, my max BS has dropped down to 30 with an 8 dmg dagger.
